Our story began in 2010. I found myself working for my father's chauffeur company as a young college student. During my tenure, I learned about the real-life business operations and focus on excellence. My father taught me a lot while working with him and the one thing that has stuck with me was integrity. He instilled in me that integrity should never be compromised and that through life, integrity defines the character of any individual or business. In 2016, after graduating college, I decided to focus on my passion and open Khays Services after the family name. We are a focused company that specializes in garage flooring, epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, facility maintenance and janitorial services. Our staff is a group of professionals that is passionate, dedicated, and trained to perform various jobs from cleaning to renovations, as well as polished concrete restoration. Over the past few years, we have established great partnerships with different companies such as Whole Foods Market, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and the United States Military bases while focusing on the integrity of our work that is uncompromised. Today, Khays Services maintains over 1 million square feet nightly with a continued focus on growth and partnership.
